RETURN POLICY

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO REQUEST A RETURN

We only accept returns if the product you received-

  • Is in a damaged condition
  • Is missing product
  • Is a different product than the one you ordered

To start a return, please send us a mail with unboxing video on thecroire.wtb@gmail.com  
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
We don’t provide refunds to UPI or bank account on any return. We charge a ₹100 replacement processing fee and credit you the return amount as a discount code that can be used on our website for your future purchases.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please write to us on thecroire.wtb@gmail.com and follow the steps for initiating a return first, once the returned item is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and if we are unable to provide an exchange you desire, we will credit you the return amount as a discount code that can be used for your future purchases on our website.
